The combination of the wrapper, binder, and long-filler allows the TOSCANO® Stilnovo to be smoked whole or halved. When smoked whole, the passing of the smoke through the filler leaves, lined and overlapped, guarantees a wide-ranging aromatic evolution that starts slowly in the first third to develop in the remaining two in a sharper manner. When smoked halved, a sudden release of the characteristic aromatic notes is perceived along with a more intense body in the smoke.
A longer fermentation has been chosen for the TOSCANO® Stilnovo to obtain a softer and more balanced taste.
